# Auto Dealer Yoke

The Auto Dealer Yoke runs the fixed-ops side of a dealership — the **service
drive** and the **parts counter** — with payments built in. It installs ready to
use, with demo data across every board so you can see the flow immediately.

## What you get

- **Service Drive** — a board of repair orders moving from estimate through
  approval, work, quality check, and pickup.
- **Appointments** — schedule and check in service visits.
- **Parts Counter** — ring up counter tickets and manage special orders.
- **Customers, Vehicles, Parts, Technicians** — the records behind it all, with
  a repair-order detail view showing labor and part lines.

## Taking payments

Install a payment connector and you can take money without leaving a repair
order or counter ticket:

- **Dejavoo SPIn** — card-present payments on your Dejavoo terminals at the
  counter and cashier. Connect it under **Connectors**, register your terminals,
  and charge, void, or refund right from the ticket. The card stays on the
  terminal — only the masked result (last four, card type, authorization code)
  is recorded.
- **Vendara** — card-not-present pay-links by email (arriving in a later update).

A repair order or ticket shows what's been paid as a running total over its
payment history.

## Billing

The Auto Dealer Yoke is a paid monthly subscription. The Dejavoo and Vendara
connectors are free — you bring your own merchant account.
