  discharge plan for their stay in one place.
- **AI operations assistant** — once installed, your Patient Flow workflows light
  up the operations assistant, which surfaces throughput briefs automatically.

## Installing

Open **Marketplace**, find **Patient Flow Yoke**, and click **Install**. The app
installs with realistic demo data so every board is populated on first open —
uninstall and reinstall any time to reset it.

## A note on patient data

The demo dataset uses fictional patients. Patient Flow is an operational
logistics tool; connecting it to live patient data from your hospital systems is
handled separately and requires the appropriate agreements with your team.
