Serve your workspace on your own subdomain with automatic managed TLS.

Custom Domains

Run your FastYoke workspace on your own address — app.yourcompany.com — with a certificate we provision and renew for you. When a browser loads your domain, FastYoke resolves the matching workspace and serves your branding automatically.

What you need

  • A subdomain you control (for example app.yourcompany.com). Bare root domains such as yourcompany.com are not supported yet — use a subdomain.
  • Access to your domain provider's DNS settings.
  • The Custom Domain add-on enabled on your workspace (it's free; enable it under Settings → Add-ons, or it's included with the Starter bundle).

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Workspace → Custom Domain.
  2. Enter your subdomain and select Add domain.
  3. We show you a single DNS record to create. At your domain provider, add a CNAME record pointing your subdomain at cname.fastyoke.io:
    CNAME app.yourcompany.com → cname.fastyoke.io

  4. Select Check status. Once your DNS change has propagated and the certificate is issued (usually a few minutes, sometimes longer depending on your provider), the domain shows as Live.

Your workspace is now served on your own domain, fully branded.

Removing a domain

Select Remove on the Custom Domain page. We tear down the certificate and stop serving your workspace on that address. You can add a different subdomain afterward.

Troubleshooting

  • Stuck on "Waiting for DNS": confirm the CNAME record points at cname.fastyoke.io exactly, and that your provider isn't proxying the record.
  • Setup failed: remove the domain and try again after confirming your DNS record. If it keeps failing, contact support.
