Why we built FastYoke
The operations-heavy businesses that run the real economy deserve better than a spreadsheet held together with hope and four SaaS subscriptions that don't talk to each other.
The problem we kept seeing
Walk into almost any field-service company, warehouse, repair shop, clinic, or professional-services firm and you'll find the same thing: the business actually runs on a spreadsheet. Around it orbit a CRM, a scheduling tool, an accounting package, a forms app, and an e-signature service — five vendors, five logins, five bills, and not one of them aware that the others exist.
So the real work happens in the gaps. Someone re-keys a job from the CRM into the accounting tool. Someone exports a CSV to reconcile inventory. Someone builds a fragile automation to paper over the seams, and prays it doesn't break on a Friday afternoon.
We didn't think the answer was a sixth tool. We thought the answer was one system where the parts already know about each other.
What we built instead
FastYoke is a single platform with a workflow engine at its core. Your CRM, inventory, accounting, field service, forms, and e-signature aren't integrations bolted together — they're apps on a shared data model. A job moving through its states updates the ledger, the inventory, and the customer record because they're the same system, not because someone wired up a webhook.
You install the apps you need, customize them without code, and extend them with a typed SDK when you're ready. As you grow, you add capabilities instead of adding vendors.
The principles we won't compromise
- You own your data, always. Your records and your compiled rules export cleanly, any time, with no lock-in — even during early access. A platform you can't leave is a platform you can't trust.
- Every change is on the record. FastYoke keeps an append-only, tamper-evident audit log of what changed, by whom, and why. It's never edited or deleted. Your auditors — and ours — always have the full history.
- Isolation is mechanical, not hopeful. Each tenant's data lives in its own database. Cross-tenant access isn't prevented by a careful
WHEREclause we promise never to forget — it's prevented by the architecture. - Honesty about where we are. We're in early access and we say so. We tell you what's shipped, what's on the roadmap, and what broke. You'll never get a vanity uptime number from us — you'll get the Status page and a direct message when something's wrong.
Where we are now
FastYoke is in early access, onboarding operators in rolling cohorts ahead of general availability. We're deliberately prioritizing businesses with a workflow already in motion — manual ops, spreadsheets, a half-finished internal tool — over green-field exploration, because that's where we can deliver value in weeks, not quarters.
If that's you, we'd like to build with you.
