Reservations
Reservations turns any bookable thing your business offers — hotel rooms, boat and jet-ski rentals, golf carts, dental chairs, service bays — into a single booking workflow. Every booking moves through a clear lifecycle you can see at a glance on a board.
What you get
- A bookings board. Every reservation is a card that moves through Requested → Confirmed → Checked in → Completed, with a No-show lane for the ones that don't show.
- Resources. Describe each bookable thing once — its capacity (how many you have), how it's booked (by the day, by the hour, or in fixed slots), operating hours, and price.
- Customers. Every booker's contact details, with their full booking history on one page.

Take bookings from the public
Reservations includes a public booking portal so your customers can book without signing in:
- Open the Booking Portal page in the app to find your shareable booking link (copy it, put it in your bio, email it, or link it from your website).
- Customers open the link, pick a resource and a time, and book in a few taps — if a slot is full they're told to pick another.
- Every booking lands on your board automatically.
- Each customer gets a personal link to view or cancel their reservation; cancelling frees the slot for someone else right away.
Put it on your own website
You can drop the booking form straight into your existing site. On the Booking Portal page, copy the embed snippet and paste it into your page's HTML — it drops in an inline booking form. First add your site's domain under Settings → Embed Domains so the browser is allowed to show the frame; without that, the embed stays blocked. Bookings made through the embed behave exactly like the hosted link.
Getting started
Install Reservations from the Marketplace. It arrives pre-loaded with a sample marina-and-wellness business so you can see the board, resources, and customers working together — then clear the samples and add your own.
